Shipping policy
We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We ship to all states within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days depending on your location and the product ordered. Some items may arrive sooner. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package at any time.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at amaraquiles.ai@gmail.com and we will resolve the situation promptly.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days at amaraquiles.ai@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
